Paroled killer, 83, busted for grisly DECAPITATION DEATH
WIG-WEARING wacko Harvey Marcelin — who’s already spent more than 50 years behind bars for killing two galpals — is facing a third murder charge after cops claim they found a woman’s severed head in the parolee’s New York City apartment!
Marcelin, 83, was arrested less than two weeks after the grisly discovery of a female torso in a bag on a busy Brooklyn street. A leg was later recovered a few blocks away, and the victim was identified by authorities as Susan Leyden, 68.
Lawmen say they circled in on Marcelin — who currently claims to identify as a transgender woman — after a witness recalled the suspect’s distinctive wig, nails and lipstick.
“I’m a pretty social guy,” says the tipster. “But something told me to stay away. With some people, you just get a vibe.”
According to the criminal complaint, police executing a search warrant at the sicko senior’s digs found Leyden’s head stashed in a plastic bag, electric saws and fortunetelling tarot cards laid out on a table.
Authorities allege surveillance video shows Leyden toting a multicolored bag and entering the serial killer’s apartment building — days before she was
reported missing.
The complaint states cameras never spotted Leyden leaving the residence, but caught Marcelin abandoning her bag, which was later found to contain the victim’s torso!
Marcelin first served time for fatally shooting live-in love Jacqueline Bonds in 1963. The trigger-happy hothead was paroled in 1984 — and stabbed girlfriend Anna Laura Serrera Miranda to death the very next year!
The killer was sprung again in 2019 — despite earlier admitting to a “problem” with women.
Marcelin has now been indicted for second-degree murder, concealment of a human corpse and other charges and is being held without bail.
District Attorney Eric Gonzalez says, “The facts of this horrific case are gruesome and unsettling.”
