WILL’S WAR WITH ROBOTS!

WHODUNNIT? WILL SMITH plays a homicide detective in the year 2035 who swears a rogue robot defied implanted artificial intelligence laws and killed a scientist. He and BRIDGET MOYNAHAN try to solve this locked-room mystery in the 2004 sci-fi action movie I, Robot, named after Isaac Asimov’s 1950 story collection. But the movie sometimes has more in common with mystery writer Agatha Christie, and even goes AGAINST Asimov’s futuristic beliefs!
