TROUBLED Hayden Panettiere is considering marrying her bad boyfriend Brian Hickerson, according to insiders who say the actress’ loved ones are terrified for her safety.
And they have good reason for their fears, sources claim.
Hickerson, 32, already received 45 days in the slammer for an ugly attack on the former Nashville beauty two years ago, and was photographed brawling with Hayden in West Hollywood on March 24.
Now, Hayden, 32, who reunited with the real estate agent and business manager last year, appears headed for the altar.
“Her friends and family obviously see it as the worst move she could possibly make, but for all of Brian’s faults Hayden loves the guy,” spills an insider. “She wants to see the good in him, and he plays that to his full advantage.”
Brian, a sometime actor, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and assault against Hayden in
July 2020. He pleaded no contest to two felony counts and was sentenced to nearly two months in jail and put on probation until 2025.
Though Hayden first condemned him for beating her, she’s gone back to him.
On March 24 the couple got into a violent altercation outside L.A.’s Sunset Marquis where video showed Hayden trying to pull Hickerson away from a group of patrons and yelling at him, “Brian, jail!” before she got knocked down.
“Hayden has been telling everyone Brian was the victim, but no one is buying it,” the insider says. “They’re begging her to rethink this relationship.
“This is so toxic, Hayden swore she wouldn’t take him back and then that’s exactly what she did. She’s convinced he’s changed, but all the issues are still there.”
