HAWKINS’ DEADLY HEART HORROR
CORONERS made a shocking discovery after Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins dropped dead in his luxury hotel room crammed with drugs — his heart was twice as big as normal.
The 50-year-old stickman was found in his Four Seasons Casa Medina room in Bogotá, Colombia, March 25 hours before he was to perform with the band.
Colombian authorities found at least ten different substances at the death scene including vodka, marijuana, antidepressants, beer and heroin, according to local reports.
There were no signs of foul play and death was ruled a cardiovascular collapse.
Forensic experts say his heart weighed 600 grams — twice as much as normal.
Hawkins, who had a history of drug abuse, beat the skins for Foo Fighters hits My Hero, Learn to Fly and Best of You.
