Kardashian fooled everyone into thinking she married tattooed rocker Travis Barker in an Elvis-themed wedding in Las Vegas — but GLOBE has learned it was a hoax to bang the drum for her family’s new reality show!
The big fake-out happened after the two canoodled like horny teens at the Grammys and then hot-footed it to Sin City’s infamous One Love Wedding Chapel, where they demanded a King of Rock ’n’ Roll impersonator perform the honors.
But sources snitch to GLOBE the couple didn’t have a marriage license — so it wasn’t even legal!
“There’s a lot of talk that this whole thing was planned to build buzz for The Kardashians and that it will likely feature in the early episodes, with sneaked footage of the bogus event,” spills an insider. that they had photographers along for the ride. Insiders say Kris pulled the strings when Travis first proposed to Kourtney, and is still calling the shots in their relationship.
“Kris arranged for the proposal to be photographed and went to town plugging it on social media. The idea Kris is not involved in this ‘wedding’ is laughable!” dishes a source. “Still, Kourtney is kind of relieved to have done this.
