BILLY RAY CYRUS IS OUT AGAIN!
SONGBIRD Miley Cyrus’ parents, Billy Ray and Tish, haven’t been seen in public together for two years and now we know why — she’s clobbered him with divorce papers after three decades of marriage.
Tish, 54, mom of five of his kids including Miley, 29, and youngest Noah, 22, says she and the 60-yearold Achy Breaky Heart crooner haven’t been living together since before 2020.
She cites “irreconcilable differences” and asks for an equal split of assets.
This is the third time the pair, who got hitched in their Franklin, Tenn., living room in 1993, have tried to end the marriage.
He filed in 2010 and she in 2013, but each time, the divorce was called off.
Miley’s marriage to actor Liam Hemsworth lasted just ten months when she left him for a girlfriend in
2020.
