Walk faster and live longer
✚ WALKING briskly may help you take steps toward a longer life, according to a recent study. Researchers at University of Leicester in the U.K. analyzed data from more than 400,000 adults and found those who had a faster walking pace were biologically younger than their more sluggish peers by the time they’d reached midlife. The scientists believe the cumulative health benefits may help ward off age-related disease and add as many as 16 additional years to a person’s lifetime!
