Urban has asked the 54-year-old hottie to change her secret beauty regimen, according to spies who insist she loves her new looks and turned him down flat.
“Nicole thinks she looks great,” an insider snitches. “So, he’s given up asking.”
Still, the internet exploded with negative blurbs after the Eyes Wide Shut sexpot posted an image of her face pulled tight with what doctors say are telltale signs of surgery — eyes looking like slits and cheeks looking as smooth as a baby’s butt. “What did you do with your face?!?!?!!!?” posts a fan. “You are starting to get like a monster, it’s sad cuz you were beautiful,”

The Northman beauty insists she quit Botox injections, saying “I didn’t like how my face looked afterwards,” and denies any surgery.
“I am completely natural. I have nothing in my face or anything. I wear sunscreen, and I don’t smoke. I take care of myself.”
But Chicago plastic surgeon Dr. Otto Placik has “no doubt she has had surgery which transformed her looks rather than rejuvenated them.
