THE old Sopranos gang is devastated by the July 8 death at 79 of tough-guy actor Tony Sirico, who played mobster Paulie Walnuts on the HBO crime drama.
“Tony was like no one else: He was as tough, as loyal and as big-hearted as
anyone I’ve ever known,” co-star Michael Imperioli posted on Instagram.
Like his character, Sirico often skirted the law, racking up over two dozen arrests — including 20 months behind bars at Sing Sing for felony weapons possession.
