Coffee not good for unborn
✚ WOMEN who drink coffee during pregnancy may impair their children’s ability to crawl and walk at an early age, a new study cautions. Researchers from Japan’s Hokkaido University analyzed data from 87,106 expectant mothers. They found the babies of gals who consumed just 300mg of caffeine daily — the amount found in three cups of java — had a major risk of motor developmental delays at 12 months old. Experts suggest moms-to-be have no more than 200mg of caffeine per day.
