YELLOWSTONE cupcake Q’orianka Kilcher has been charged with ripping off taxpayers for $97,000 in disability payments!
The 32-year-old Pocahontas pretty was recently seen trotting from a Beverly Hills office building after the California Dept. of Insurance charged her in May with two felony counts of workers’ compensation insurance fraud.
The department said Kilcher filed a claim in October 2018 for a neck and shoulder injury she says she received on the set of Dora and the Lost City of Gold and received $96,838 in temporary disability payments from 2019 through 2021 — allegedly because she was too injured to work.
But in 2020, she played Angela Blue Thunder in four episodes of the Kevin Costner series!
Her lawyer says the actress, who pleaded not guilty, will “vigorously defend herself.”
