FORMER sitcom star Ashton Kutcher has made a shocking revelation — he’s “lucky to be alive” after a rare disease left him a helpless invalid who was blind, deaf and unable to walk.
The 44-year-old former
Two and a Half Men star, who’s wed to Bad Moms babe Mila Kunis, 39, says he was clobbered three years ago by a “weird, super rare form of vasculitis, that like knocked out my vision … knocked out my hearing … knocked out all my equilibrium.
“It took me like a year to build it all back up.”
The Mayo Clinic says the condition is an inflammation that thickens and weakens blood vessel walls, restricts blood flow and can damage tissues.
Demi Moore’s ex-hubby is recovered, but is grateful he can see, walk and hear again, saying, “You don't really appreciate it until it’s gone.”
