HARRY WORSHIPS MEGHAN LIKE MOM DIANA!
Demanded William respect his bride
PRINCE HARRY confronted his big brother, William, in a bizarre face-off accusing his wife, Kate, of snubbing his new bride, Meghan, and demanding his sister-in-law should be “friendlier” to the former TV actress, according to a top royal expert.
In his bombshell new book, Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War between the Windsors, author Tom Bower reveals whining Harry telling William his wife deserved the same respect as their late mother, Princess Diana — and claiming the royals were being disrespectful.
Since that showdown, henpecked Harry, 37, and attention-loving Meghan, 41, have been on a tear of vengeance, quitting their royal duties for moneymaking deals in America while trashing his family as coldhearted and racist. A palace courtier says Meghan did not want to pay her dues.
“Instead of earning her way into the royal family’s good graces, Meghan was a demanding shrew from the very beginning, expecting instant respect and adoration.
When it didn’t happen, Harry tore the royal family apart.”
Now William and his kid brother no longer speak — and the royal family sidelined Meghan and Harry when they attended Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee in early June.
Even before her wedding, Meghan was so demanding,
she had Kate, now 40, in tears, the insider says. The pair squabbled when Meghan disagreed over the hemline length of the dress Kate’s daughter, Charlotte, would wear at the wedding and whether the bridesmaids should wear tights, says the insider. Things got so heated Kate burst into tears.
Bower writes Meghan was “supported” by her BFF and her mom, Doria Ragland, in the squabble.
Later in a TV interview, Meghan insisted she was a victim of the royal family’s cold treatment and claimed it was Kate who made HER cry.
“The book paints a picture of Meghan constantly playing the victim while demanding unearned respect,” says the source. “It’s spot-on!”
