HER MAJESTY’S GRANDKID EARNS $8.10 PER HOUR AT GARDEN SHOP
LADY Louise Windsor is lucky her granny Queen Elizabeth is worth a half a billion because the 18-yearold royal beauty is only making $8.10 an hour at her current gig.
The pretty teen took a summer job working for minimum wage at a garden center while awaiting the results of her entrance exams to St. Andrews University. Oh yeah — she passed.
Still, customers were shocked to see the daughter of Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex greeting them or pruning the potted plants.
“I knew the cost-ofliving crisis was bad, but I didn’t think I’d ever see a grandchild of the queen working in a garden center,” exclaims a customer.
Another shopper notes: “I couldn’t believe it was Lady Louise — I had to look twice. She is a really modest and sweet young woman who is polite and attentive. She seemed to be loving the job.”
Another customer adds: “It’s not every day you buy your begonias off a royal.”
