NEVE DELVES INTO CATALINA MYSTERY

NEVE CAMPBELL’s heading back to network TV, headlining the ABC procedural drama Avalon, about a sheriff’s detective who runs a small office on California’s tourist-packed Catalina Island. While fans have screamed to see the pretty Scream star in anything, one wisecracker couldn’t help posting this snark: “Can’t wait for all those compelling Catalina crime cases like who drove the golf cart into the harbor.” Gotta giggle.
