KATE SUES JON FOR BEING LATE ON $132,000 CHILD SUPPORT
A VICIOUS feud continues to rip apart the Jon & Kate Plus 8 reality family as the fed-up baby mom is suing her ex for $132,000 in back child support dating to 2018!
Despite an existing fouryear-old order requiring
Jon Gosselin to cough up cash, Kate, 47, is telling a Pennsylvania court he hasn’t paid a dime toward the original judgment and wants his feet held to the legal fire again!
Her action comes after
Jon, 45, accused his ex of ripping off their kids to the tune of $100,000 by secretly withdrawing cash from their accounts.
“She has been on TV telling the world she has saved her children’s money when she’s actually been stealing from them — she’s a hypocrite,”
Jon charges. “There’s been no remorse from her at all. Now they’re 18 and she thinks she can get away scot-free.”
Meanwhile, a source insists “Jon owes no money to Kate for child support” and claims Kate was instead ordered “to pay HIM child support for the final year of Hannah and Collin’s high school.”
According to the source, “There is proof in legal documents from June 2018 that show a Pennsylvania Superior Court quashed
Kate’s appeal for Jon to pay her $132K. They quashed the whole thing so he never owed her any money.”
Before all the bitterness, the family rocketed to fame with their reality series about raising eight kids on the
TLC and Discovery channels beginning in 2007. Jon and Kate divorced in 2009.
Kate is raising 18-yearolds Leah, Alexis, Joel and Aaden while Jon is living with Hannah and Collin, 18. Twins Mady and Cara, 21, live with their mom when not in college.
