VICIOUS Vladimir Putin ordered ruthless Russian troopers to set up torture chambers where hundreds of innocent Ukrainian villagers were brutalized and slaughtered in a savage attempt to demoralize the invaded nation, sources charge.
One dungeon of horrors was uncovered in Kozacha Lopan, a village liberated by Ukrainian forces, where Russian soldiers brutalized military members and civilians in a barbaric basement death tank.
War crimes prosecutors found prison-like bars on the windows and a cruel electrical device used to torture prisoners to reveal the names of locals secretly fighting in the Ukraine resistance in occupied areas.
Once they talked, the victims were killed and stuffed into mass graves, investigators say.
In woods outside the city of Izyum, searchers found a burial site with 450 shallow graves. So far, 60 exhumed bodies revealed marks from torture. The hands of some victims were tied behind their backs, while others had ropes around their necks.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accuses Russia of genocide, saying evil Putin wants to kill off as many Ukrainians as possible and conquer by depopulating the country.
He notes “more than ten torture chambers have already been found in the liberated areas in Kharkiv.”
