Coffee fights heart problems!
HERE’S some eye-opening news! Researchers have found drinking coffee every day lowers your risk of cardiovascular disease! A team at Australia’s Baker Heart and Diabetes Research Institute also found consuming caffeinated coffee reduces the risk of arrhythmia, an irregular heartbeat, which can cause strokes.
“Coffee should be considered part of a healthy diet. People should not stop drinking coffee if they develop any form of heart disease,” advises study author Dr. Peter Kistler.
