REBA & REX TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING
NEEDY Reba McEntire can’t bear to be apart from Rex Linn even for a moment — and it’s driving their friends batty over feeling shut out of their lives, insiders say.
Sources snitch Reba, 67, and the CSI: Miami actor,
66, have been practically inseparable since the night in January 2020 they hit it off over dinner — but now they’re suffocating each other!
“She wants Rex to be her No. 1, and he’s happy to be that for her. He’s devoted, but it’s annoying everyone else because he’s always on the scene and Reba’s focused on him,” spills an insider.
“If he leaves the room, she’s like, where’s Rex?
She doesn’t make decisions unless she gets his feedback, and she won’t make dinner plans unless she checks it’s okay with Rex’s schedule.”
A source says her friends and associates are “upset” they can’t get Reba alone, even for a private conversation, now that her new man has edged them out!
“The same goes for Rex’s friends — they don’t get the one-on-one time they used to. He’s just not available like he used to be,” wails the source.
“Reba and Rex are very happy — but people in both their worlds are not!”
