BOB SAGET BAFFLING HOTEL HORROR

-

A YEAR after Full House star Bob Saget was found dead on Jan. 9 in Room 962 at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, the 65-yearold funnyman’s bizarre and brutal end remains shrouded in mystery.

After performing a show near Jacksonville, Fla., Saget drove 160 miles back to his hotel, arriving at

2:17 a.m. His lifeless body was found at 4 p.m. by hotel security performing a wellness check.

An autopsy revealed the comic was COVID-positive and suffered a fracture at the base of the skull, broken orbital bones and brain bleeding.

Orange County Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Stephany concluded the TV dad died of blunt force trauma to the head at the luxury hotel and ruled it an accident.

He believes Saget fell backward, hit his head on something “hard covered by something soft” like a carpet and died in his sleep from internal bleeding.

But baffled experts say his massive head injuries were more consistent with a 30-foot fall or getting his skull bashed in with a baseball bat!

Famed forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht — who helped investigate the deaths of Sen. Robert Kennedy, Charles Manson cult victim Sharon Tate and Elvis Presley — slammed the accidental death ruling.

“There is no way you get the multiple fractures, areas of hemorrhage and black eyes like that from a fall,” he says. “The case is crying out for further investigation.”

But Saget’s wife of three years, Kelly Rizzo, and three grown daughters got a court to bury forever the release of further details about his death, including autopsy photographs and documents.
