STONEWALLING President Joe Biden refuses to declassify and release key documents exposing the CIA’s involvement in John F. Kennedy’s assassination and is thumbing his nose at the law to protect rogue spooks, outraged critics charge!
While the commander-inchief okayed a 13,000-document dump about what really happened in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963, in mid-December, Biden caved to Deep State spies — again — and let them bury the truth about their intimate relationship with JFK shooter Lee Harvey Oswald!
“They’re continuing to hide the incriminating evidence,” charges JFK researcher Jacob
Hornberger. “It’s long past due for the public to learn the full truth about the assassination.”

CIA spooks plotted and committed JFK’s murder because of his international and domestic policies. They used pro-Communist former Marine Oswald as their triggerman and patsy, sources claim.
“JFK wanted to end the Cold War and establish normal relations with Cuba and Russia and they [CIA agents] killed him for it,” says Hornberger.
Some of the newly released records surrounding the assassination reveal the CIA wiretapped Oswald during his visit to Mexico City in the weeks prior to JFK’s murder. The eavesdropping was a joint project done with the Mexican president’s office!
But an estimated 4,400 documents still remain shrouded and indecipherable due to heavy redactions, which U.S. spies claim would cause “identifiable harm” to America’s national security if made public — even though six decades have passed since JFK’s death.
Another 515 documents remain fully under lock and key due to court orders, grand jury secrecy rules, or because they were given to the government as gifts — and are not under Biden’s control.

Trump released thousands of documents the full story, especially since a federal law required all archived documents to be revealed by 2017.
“We’re 59 years after President John Kennedy was killed and there’s just no justification for this,” declares Judge John R. Tunheim, who was previously charged with reviewing and releasing secret Kennedy files as chairman of the JFK Assassination Records Review Board.
Americans are demanding the truth — despite Biden’s actions. A recent survey of 2,000 citizens shows 71 percent want Biden to fully release the details — once and for all — and reveal what really happened.
“The CIA is putting President Biden in a bad political position that’s at odds with the overwhelming majority of Americans,” declares Fernand Amandi, who conducted the poll.
President George H.W. Bush signed the records act into law “Calling for further delays and redactions for six-decadesold documents around the most important of issues in American history — the murder of a president inside our borders — doesn’t just raise additional suspicions, it borders on tacit admission by the agency that something’s very rotten at the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.”
Meanwhile, critics accuse Biden of flouting a 1992 law — the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act, passed in the wake of Oliver Stone’s Oscar-winning movie JFK and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush — that ordered the government to disclose all documents about Kennedy’s death by Oct. 26, 2017.
Former President Donald Trump released thousands of documents concerning Kennedy’s death, but also shielded tens of thousands more, citing national security considerations.
Biden followed suit in October 2021, blaming the COVID pandemic for delaying an adequate review of the records.
He has now issued a new June 30, 2023, deadline for the CIA to comply with the law and fully release its records.
But researcher Hornberger says that’s just another dodge and the CIA is bound to continue to cover up its role in JFK’s assassination.
“It’ll be more of the same since the original 2017 deadline passed,” he insists. “They’re obviously hiding pieces of the puzzle that would show that the JFK assassination was, in fact, a national security regime change operation.”
JFK historian Larry Schnapf proclaims, “The CIA needs to come clean. It’s astounding how the agency is still clinging to these documents in a desperate attempt to control the narrative. What are they hiding?”
