JUDGE ORDERS ANGRY NICK TO AA MEETINGS
FORMER boy band and reality star Nick Lachey has been ordered into anger management classes and AA after he flipped out in a boozefueled fury and went after a female photog, say sources.
Veteran celeb cameragal Jody Santos says she pestered Beverly Hills cops for nearly a year before they finally charged the 49-yearold former 98 Degrees singer with assault and battery for his March, 27, 2022, attack.
The shocking ruckus exploded as Nick and his NCIS: Hawaii star wife, Vanessa Minnillo, 42, left Mastro’s Steakhouse and Jody began snapping pics from her car parked across the street from the eatery.
A video caught raging, cussing Nick go to Jody’s car and try to grab her cell phone through the open window.
“In all my years of photographing celebrities, no one has ever tried to hit me,” says still-shaken Jody.
“I am just relieved that I rolled up my window as fast as I did, otherwise he would have knocked me out. No doubt about it!”
Jody filed a police report, but it took months of hounding authorities before Nick was charged and a judge ordered him to attend a year of anger management and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
While she’s glad he’s getting help, Jody says she’s still waiting for an
“I’m sorry” from the snooty star.
“He’s had plenty of time to apologize, but instead he just figured I would go away,” she says. “What he did was wrong.
“Attempting to bust his fist through my car window when all I was doing was taking photographs of him.
“He should have been thanking me for the free publicity. I mean, really. Talk about an oversized ego.”
