Sources reveal the big-screen Tom-cat howls about the dark-eyed 36-yearold babe and woos her with secret, cozy, late-night dinners in London.
“He wants to build a new life with this girl and when Tom gets a good feeling, he goes full throttle,” spills an insider. “He thinks having a baby at his age would be the ultimate feather on his cap, and would also bring a new addition to the church with his genes and DNA.”
Elsina already has two kids with ex-hubby Dmitry Tsvetkov, a pal of Kremlin kingpin Vladimir Putin, and has battled the bigshot diamond trader over their $27 million British mansion and other properties.
