Sued for drugging & assaulting yet another teenager
COMEDY creep Bill Cosby has been slammed with yet another horrific sexual abuse lawsuit — this time by a virginal teenager who claims she was drugged and raped in a Sin City hotel room in 1986!
According to the new civil lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas, the Jell-O Pudding Pops peddler targeted Chelan Lasha, who was 15 at the time, after seeing a fetching photo of her — and buttered up the kids in the girl’s north Las Vegas neighborhood with the frozen treats before offering to help her snag a modeling contract.
The dirtbag — who has been accused of rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment by more than 60 other women — was notoriously sprung from prison on a technicality after only three years of a 2018 sentence for three counts of aggravated indecent assault on a Temple University basketball exec.
While the sex creep denies all the allegations, saying through his publicist they are “100 percent ridiculous and ludicrous,” the 86-year-old oddball was found liable in 2022 for sexually assaulting then-16-yearold Judy Huth at Los Angeles’ Playboy Mansion in 1975. Judy was awarded $500,000 but Cosby is appealing.
However, the new suit offers harrowing, sordid details of Chelan’s encounter with the accused perv two years after he started grooming her. Cosby invited Chelan, then 17, to his Las Vegas Hilton hotel suite to take modeling headshots.
She claims he had her wet her hair, don a robe, and take a blue “antihistamine” pill for her runny nose — washed down with two glasses of Amaretto!
Chelan claims she “took the pill as Cosby had instructed because she trusted him and thought he was a good man. She never imagined that he was going to drug her and sexually assault her,” the suit thunders, adding he put her on a bed, where she realized she was drugged.
“Her eyes were open and she was aware of what was happening but she could not do anything about it,” claims the suit.
“Cosby started touching plaintiff’s breasts and nipples and was humping on her leg and grunting. Then plaintiff felt Cosby ejaculating on her leg.”
The suit says the teen blacked out, waking to the beloved Cosby Show icon clapping his hands and saying, “Daddy says wake up!”
“She was aware that Cosby had had sex with her,” reveals the suit. “She had been a virgin prior to this assault.”
The girl claims the pervy pest threatened, “People that talk too much can be quieted,” and that she was blackballed from the industry, killing her career dreams and sending her on an endless downward spiral.
She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of a minor, battery, assault, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
