Tay-Tay has her bored beefcake on very strict diet
FLAB-HATING Taylor Swift has ordered her All-Pro football stud, Travis Kelce, to shed the unwanted lard he piled on following his Super Bowl win, according to tattlers who squeal the songbird’s intense diet plan is driving the jock batty.
Sources snitch the Kansas City Chiefs tight end usually weighs 250 pounds during football season, but the 6-foot-5 hunk has let some of that muscle go to fat, which trim Tay-Tay can’t stand.
“The bottom line is she doesn’t want her man to get love handles or flab, since she can barely get her arms around him as it is,” spills an insider.
“It’s very important to her, from an attraction standpoint — and for their image — that Travis doesn’t get slobby and pile on a massive beer belly like his brother, Jason.
“Jason’s wife, Kylie, clearly doesn’t mind about her guy’s eating habits, but Taylor is more discriminating and pushing him to work out more.”
And like a good puppy, the 34-year-old hunk obeys, says the source, who dishes, “He’s doing lots of cardio and circuit training and works with a trainer several times a week.
“Taylor’s made Travis ditch sugar and processed carbs, and cut back on his alcohol intake too. She does not want him boozing during the week.”
The You Belong with Me singer, 34, reportedly also watches what he gobbles like a hawk.
“She’s taken charge of his grocery list and is having loads of healthy food delivered so that he won’t go off this diet,” dishes the source. “She’s made it clear he’ll embarrass her if he slacks off.”
But the source adds, “It’s really hard for Travis, who loves to eat, to cut back. He gripes about the boring meal plans to his pals, but this is the price he must pay to date Taylor. She loves him and can’t bear the idea of him becoming a slob!”
