COUNTRY crooner Morgan Wallen is living up to his bad boy rep — he got busted for hurling a chair from a sixth-floor rooftop bar in Nashville.
The 30-year-old Wasted on You singer is accused of throwing the furniture at 10:45 p.m. from the Chief’s Bar on April 7, say cops, who add the chair crashed three feet from several officers.
He was reportedly seen laughing after the incident, but a worker at the watering hole notes that “the chair damn near took out two cops.”
Morgan was arrested around 12:30 a.m., m., charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was released from the Davidson County Jail at 3:30 a.m. on a $15,250 bond and ordered to appear in court May 3.
Sources claim Morgan was freaked out because his baby mom, Katie “KT” Smith, secretly eloped with another dud dude — and his son, I Indigo, attended the nuptials!
In 2020, Wallen was arrested for intoxication and disorderly conduct after being booted from Kid Rock’s Nashville saloon. Later, he posted he’d gone bar-hopping with friends and they “were horse-playing. We didn’t mean any harm, and we want to say sorry.” All charges were dropped. A year later, he was suspended by his music label after being accused of using a racial slur. He subsequently apologized — and his career is going gangbusters.
