GolfLogix Apple Watch

The digital transformation on the golf course in the information age has certainly come full circle. We don’t even need cell phones on course anymore—or a scorecard and pencil. All the information you could ever want is now available on your wrist.

Golfers can now get exact yardages, green images, score tracking and hole selection, all on an Apple Watch. GolfLogix, the complete game improvement app and global leader in GPS and stats tracking technology, has released its latest update for the Apple Watch, offering a more convenient alternative to the iPhone. The app is compatible with Series 3 and 4 Apple Watches.

“As we head into the 2019 season, we are excited to introduce our industry-leading golf GPS application to Apple Watch,” said Pete Charleston, President at GolfLogix. “Now, with one glance, golfers will have convenient access to all the information they need to improve their game on the golf course.” The standalone GPS functionality in Apple Watch provides accurate yardages to the front, middle and back of greens and premapped data points such as bunkers, layups and water. Bird’s-eye views of each green provide the information needed to make smart decisions on approach shots and quickly determine the target and club on the Apple Watch.

You can enter scores between holes or edit scores at any time throughout the round on the Apple Watch, which then corresponds back to the GolfLogix app on the phone. Switch between holes using the top navigation inside Apple Watch. Enter your score or review your yardage.

With the game-changing GolfLogix app now available on Apple Watch, players can focus on the game and the things that matter most—hitting their target.

GolfLogix is a complete game improvement app with more than four million users worldwide. It’s dedicated to offering golfers the most advanced green mapping, GPS solutions and stats tracking at an accessible price, and is designed to help improve performance on the golf course.

We’ve Got You Covered

Making traveling easier is something everyone strives for, and for Myrna Motzer, the CEO and Founder of We’ve GotYou Covered— The Traveling Closet-many years of traveling the pageant circuit laid the groundwork for her new fabric garment bags that have some unique features and can make a trip just a little easier.

Probably the top feature is that these garment bags can be either hung up in a hotel closet or in an auto—or folded quickly in a suitcase or bag as

checked luggage or a carry one.

“I designed, developed, and patented my elegant expandable garment bags to accommodate all ages for storing and traveling with their clothing,” said Motzer. “You can arrive with your bag full of garments wherever you’re going and never worry about them being ruined or full of wrinkles again!”

She takes pride in the fact that her garment bags are made in the USA, are water resistant, durable and machine washable and dryable. You can just hang your cloths in the bag and then streamline it by snapping the sides shut.

In addition to the highquality denim and poly cotton fabric that keeps cloths from wrinkling, these garment bags are also heat resistant, moth proof and feature a precision zipper for easy access. They are

elegantly embroidered (and can be customized) and will hold from 1 to 16 garments that can be folded into a suitcase very easily.

The Traveling Closet also has a hidden pouch inside for money, passports or valuables, and comes in three deluxe lengths—48, 62 and 75-inch designs that can even accommodate evening gowns and formal wear.

XXIO Prime Driver by Barry Lotz

XXIO, pronounced ZEK-si-oh, is not only one of the bestselling drivers in Japan, but has gained a strong foothold in the States since its introduction about seven years ago. Ernie Els is the brand ambassador, and the” Big Easy’s” seemingly slow, but powerful swing encapsulates and aligns with the XXIO brand.

Inbee Park also uses XXIO. The XXIO series has been number one in annual sales in Japan for 18 years since it first debuted.

This 460cc niche driver is highly favored by the male baby boomer and fits, according to Chuck Thiry--VP of XXIO’s North America headquarters, almost all women. The driver performs exceptionally well for those golfers who really do swing slower (below 90 mph) and for Thiry, the phrase: “easy does it” translates into high-end sales for well-heeled golfers. I personally have gained between 10-15 yards with the XXIO Prime!

Not only will you own one of the most expensive drivers on the market, but you will increase your distance with the XXIO Prime Driver. XXIO is renowned for their use of luxurious materials and quality products.

This driver is, for lack of a better word, an awesome driver in many aspects, but specifically for a player with a moderate speed swing and an open checkbook.

The 252- gram driver includes a 36-gram shaft and comes in a standard 46.5-inch length. The 460 cc Prime driver produces highlaunching shots that produce excellent distance and balls tend to fly straighter. The Prime is one of those few drivers that produces the sensation of swinging itself. This super feeling comes from the club’s special SP-1000 Graphite shaft.

Additionally, the hosel has been shifted 2 millimeters closer and 2 degrees more upright creating a more rectangular appearance.

The SP-900 shaft, aka the engine of the club, is a TORAYCA T1100G Carbon and NANOALLOY Resin shaft which allows the tip section to be extremely soft, which results in the clubhead being able to remain square just at the moment of impact. This effect is so powerful that it can reduce or even eliminate your slice after just one swing.

The powerful Forged Super TIX Plus Winged Cup-face, with 8-2 titanium, is forged from exotic titanium and maraging steel. Married together, the face expands the size of the high COR (Coefficient of Restitution) area in the heel and toe for a wider sweet spot, where you can expect exemplary distance performance. Combined with the new Sole Channel Structure, which allows for better face flexibility at impact – especially in the lower face – the new XXIO Prime driver provides increased forgiveness to promote faster, more consistent ball speed. The 6-gram weight in the back of the sole

helps lower the center of gravity which encourages a higher launch angle and more spin.

The Prime is extremely light weight compared to other drivers. It imbues the user with the feeling of confidence at address, together with the feeling you are swinging faster and easier. Shots fly off the face, and as the golf pundits and coaches always say, lighter clubs are faster clubs.

The driver is available in both a 10.5° and 11.5° in both a regular and stiff regular flex only. Currently, only right-handed models are available.
