Scene… The CBS series “FBI: Most Wanted” is filming in Westcheste­r County, N.Y. Production for the crime drama starring Julian McMahon, Roxy Sternberg, Keisha CastleHugh­es and Nathaniel Arcand took place last week in Yorktown and Tarrytown. Filming for the Showtime series “City on a Hill,” starring actors Kevin Bacon and Jill Hennessy, also took place last week in Yonkers and at the College of New Rochelle.

Scene… Olympic gold medalist Brian Boitano was seen giving an impromptu figure skating lesson to Jonny Moseley, an Olympic gold medalist in freestyle skiing, at the rink at Chelsea Piers in Stamford during a break from broadcasti­ng the Olympics from the NBC Sports studios in Stamford last week. Mosely and Ashley Wagner, who won bronze in the team skating event at the Sochi Olympics, were also seen practicing a dance sequence for NBC Sports’ “Olympic Ice” show.

Scene… The Greenwich Library and Flinn Gallery are co-hosting an event called “Shoes: In Conversati­on with Jane Gershon Weitzman and Christina Chiu” at 2 p.m. Feb. 26 at the library’s Berkley Theater. A Greenwich resident and founding vice president of Stuart Weitzman Retail, Gershon Weitzman will discuss the inspiratio­n for the Flinn’s exhibition “Just Shoes: Where Art, Craft and Fantasy Meet” and share stories of her partnershi­p with her husband, renowned shoe designer Stuart Weitzman, and how they built their business together. Out there… The Greenwich Rotary will gather at the Sorokin Gallery on 96 Greenwich Ave. on Feb. 22 at the opening exhibit for works of artist Liana Moonie. Out there… Community Concerts of Greenwich is featuring “A Celebratio­n of African American Music” with nationally acclaimed artists Nathaniel Gumbs, director of chapel music at Yale University; Olanna Goudeau, a soprano who performed on “America’s Got Talent;” singer/songwriter and mezzo soprano Nedelka Prescod; and Showtime at the Apollo winner Melanie R. Hill, a gospel soul violinist at 7 p.m. Feb. 25 at at Christ Church Parish Hall, 254 E. Putnam Ave., Greenwich.

Scene… Gov. Ned Lamont, who lives in Greenwich, was seen dining at “The Lion” on Pemberwick Road in Greenwich last Saturday evening. The brasserie that opened last year at the former location of Centro in the Glenville section of Greenwich is owned by restaurate­ur Ron Rosa, owner of Polpo Restaurant and Saloon in Greenwich.

Out there… The Ferguson Library in Stamford is featuring an evening with prize-winning author Andrew Roberts at 6 p.m. Feb. 22. Roberts will discuss

his latest book, “The Last King of America: The Misunderst­ood Reign of George II,” which was chosen as the best biography in 2021 by The New York Times. Roberts is the bestsellin­g author of “Churchill: Walking with Destiny; Leadership in War ; The Storm of War: A New

History of the Second World War;” “Masters and Commanders: How Four Titans Won the War in the West, 1941-1945;” and “Waterloo: Napoleon’s Last Gamble.” The Dilenschne­ider Group, Hearst Connecticu­t Media Group and the Ferguson Library sponsor the event.
