Paddy Ryan and Shon Ryan, Old Saybrook: The brothers Ryan, senior Paddy and junior Shon, each netted hat tricks as Old Saybrook moved to 8-2-1 with a 6-2 win over Portland.

Joshua Munoz-Olivares, Wilbur Cross: Munoz-Olivares led Cross with a goal and an assist as the Governors beat Notre Dame-West Haven 3-1.

Denys Fuentes, Cheshire: Fuentes was all over the place, scoring two goals and adding two assists as Cheshire beat Lyman Hall 5-0.

Henrique Araujo, Xavier: Araujo had a goal and an assist as Xavier battled to a draw against Hand.

Scott Testori, Hand: Testori’s goal in the 75th minute got Hand back even with Xavier, helping end the Falcons winning streak with the 2-2 tie.

Erion Zeka, Classical: Zeka was a boss, scoring all four goals in a 4-0 win for Classical over Stafford.

Newtown at Brookfield, Tuesday, 7 p.m.: SWC rivals get after in under the lights in a game with playoff implicatio­ns for both.

Greenwich at Norwalk, Wednesday, 7 p.m.: Nobody is surprised to see these two teams at the top of the FCIAC standings at this point in the season.
