Nativity sea­son

The Arts and the Spirit Com­mit­tee of Christ Church Green­wich is host­ing “Fol­low the Star: Na­tiv­i­ties of the World,” now through Sun­day. The ex­hibit will fea­ture 100 unique uni­ver­sal crèche scenes cre­ated by mas­ter crafts­men and ar­ti­sans from around the world. Hol­i­day bou­tique

The Woman’s Club of Green­wich will hold its big­gest fundrais­ing event of the year, its Hol­i­day Bou­tique, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Satur­day. Get your hol­i­day shop­ping done early at the event at 89 Maple Ave. in Green­wich. Ad­mis­sion is free with two floors of ven­dors, home­baked goods for sale and great raf­fle prizes. All pro­ceeds from the event go to phi­lan­thropies in Green­wich sup­ported by the club.

Pi­ano recital

Evelina Puzaite of Green­wich will per­form in a pi­ano recital at 7:30 p.m. Satur­day at the Green­wich Arts Coun­cil, 299 Green­wich Ave. The Lithua­nian con­cert pi­anist play solo pi­ano works by Rach­mani­noff, Chopin and her fa­vorite Baltic com­posers. She is a multi-in­ter­na­tional prize-win­ning pi­anist. In 2006, she unan­i­mously won the Ab­stract Se­cu­ri­ties Lan­dor Com­pe­ti­tion and was awarded a long-term record­ing con­tract with Lan­dor Records. Farm­ers Mar­ket

A Farm­ers Mar­ket is held from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Satur­day in the Hors­e­neck com­muter park­ing lot at Arch Street off Exit 3 of In­ter­state 95. All pro­duce and prod­ucts sold at the mar­ket are grown and pre­pared by the farm­ers them­selves — or fished lo­cally.

Pitch per­fect

The Off Sounders, Green­wich’s pre­mier men’s a cap­pella singing group, will host the “Good Old A Capella” con­cert at 8 p.m. Satur­day at the River­side Yacht Club. It will fea­ture two singing groups from Hamil­ton Col­lege: The Buf­fers, a men’s group that orig­i­nated in 1950; and Tum­bling After, a fe­male group that dates back nearly 25 years. Tick­ets are $25 and are avail­able in ad­vance from any mem­ber of the Off Sounders, or at the door (sub­ject to avail­abil­ity). Hearst Con­necti­cut Me­dia file photo

The pub­lic is in­vited to gather with VFW Post 10112 at 10:30 a.m. Satur­day at its memo­rial on Strick­land Road for a Vet­er­ans Day cer­e­mony. The memo­rial is ad­ja­cent to the docks and is across from the Green­wich His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety.
