Broker expands into Palm Beach

Shelly Tretter Lynch recently joined Compass as a founding member of the Greenwich brokerage office. She’ll also be developing synergies with the Palm Beach, Florida real estate market as a founding member of the Compass office there.

With more than 25 years of experience with properties from Greenwich’s backcountr­y to the waterfront, Tretter Lynch consistent­ly represents sellers of some of the finest estates across Greenwich and Fairfield County. She was recently with Sotheby’s Internatio­nal Realty, where she served as a senior global advisor, and was rated among the top 0.5-percent of Sotheby’s agents worldwide.

Tretter Lynch has been recognized by several publicatio­ns for her success. The Wall Street Journalnam­ed her as one of the Top 50 Agents in the United States (by dollar volume). She was also cited in Who’s Who in Residentia­l Real Estate in North America, and in The Real Deal, she was named one of the top-five brokers in Westcheste­r County, New York and Connecticu­t for 2017.
