Architect Pat M. Pulitano custom built the stone and clapboard Georgian colonial at 75 Oneida Drive, which made its debut in 2017. It was created according to the high standards of its current owners, who have more recently listed the property for sale. Barbara Wells of Houlihan Lawrence is representing the sellers; the asking price for this Indian Harbor Association property is $5.25 million.
