Strategic thinker, marketing mind
Amy Balducci’s clients know her to be an honest dealer, a savvy marketer and a strategic thinker. She’s a full-time Realtor who, for more than nine years, has been affiliated with the Greenwich office of Sotheby’s International Realty. She reportedly sold more than $60 million in local real estate, which includes grand estates, renovations, condos, rentals and land sales.
Recently, she listed one of Greenwich’s most distinguished properties — 471 Lake Avenue, listed for $29.5 million.
Prior to her career in real estate, she earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, where she studied politics and economics. She went on to work in commercial leasing and sales in New York City as an employee of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. She served as the marketing director for boutique skincare company, Kiehl’s Since 1851, and also worked as a consultant with the Kalchas Group Computer Science Corporation.
Her professional travels led her to Argentina, where she became the founding member of Meridian Global Solutions. For more than a year, she worked for FORTUNE 500 companies abroad, developing Internet strategies in Latin American markets. She speaks Spanish fluently.
Balducci takes a creative approach to marketing her listings. She leverages digital technologies, the Internet, social media, email and more.
