“I have sold and rented properties for internatio­nal clients, as well as domestic clients from Manhattan, Fairfield County, Litchfield County and the greater Boston area,” she explained.

“Working in three states — Connecticu­t, New York and Massachuse­tts — I keep up-to-date with the ever-changing regulation­s, inventory and market trends for each market by networking with local investors, clients and real estate profession­als, and closely following the current housing market,” Simonsen added.
