For Kraig Binick, referrals and repeat customers are not only an important part of his business, they’re a badge of honor. Binick seeks to not only bring his clients’ transactions to a favorable conclusion, he continues to serve and nurture those relationships long after settlement dates.

Binick started out his professional life in Minor and Major League Baseball, and played for the Baltimore Orioles from 20072009. He continued his baseball career, playing internationally in the AAA Mexican league and during the winters for the Mexican Pacific league. He also “gives back” to his community and to the sport by coaching at Greenwich High.

Binick’s brother had worked with Richard Breglia of The Breglia Group at William Raveis Real Estate in Greenwich, and Binick said it was a “fantastic experience. His brother and Breglia believed Binick would excel at real esate, too.

He transitioned to real estate following his sports career, and worked as an assistant for Breglia before earning his license and joining one of the topproducing teams in Greenwich.

He enjoys “the real estate process” and informing and educating his clients.

When working with buyers, he hones in on his clients’ needs and criteria, and sets out on a quest to find the perfect community, setting and home for them. With sellers, he’s committed to leveraging every advertising and social media channel available to best promote their properties.
