GREENWICH — Police responding to a report of a dispute in the east end of town Sunday evening arrested a local man, according to an arrest report.

Hui Zeng, 51, of Dandy Drive, Cos Cob, was charged with disorderly conduct, police said. Bail was set at $1,000.

Fida Ras, 51, of Leslie Avenue, Greenwich, was charged with disorderly conduct on the night of May 27, police said.

He was involved in an altercation before the arrest, police said. He was released without bail.

— Dillon Pugliese, 26, of Morgan Avenue, Greenwich, was charged with disorderly conduct at about 1:30 a.m. May 27 in the Byram section of town, police said.

He was also unruly with officers and was cited on a charge of resisting arrest, police said. Bail was set at $1,000.
