Agent aims to be both client advocate and advisor
“Real estate, just like the financial industry — and, in my case, working as a private banker and wealth manager — provides client services, which ideally builds relationships for years to come.” Marjorie Fuscone
A Realtor with the Greenwich office of Halstead Connecticut, Marjorie Fuscone has been active in Greenwich real estate for more than 28 years — as a buyer, seller, investor, residential designer and sales agent.
She’s lived in Greenwich for more than three decades, where she raised two children with her husband, Rick.
Prior to real estate, Fuscone was a private banker with the Northern Trust Bank, a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley, and the co-manager of the Fuscone Family Foundation.
“Real estate, just like the financial industry — and, in my case, working as a private banker and wealth manager — provides client services, which ideally builds relationships for years to come,” she explained. “Although that may sound cliché, it’s absolutely not. Establishing lasting, personal relationships, by really getting to know and understand your client’s needs and desires makes all the difference.
“In the residential real estate world, whether they are buying or selling, I provide them will all the relative market and financial information, so we can discuss and strategize our action plan,” she added. “I understand that buying or selling real estate is much more than brick and mortar. The process is very personal for each client, and I respect and support the emotional and financial dynamics that come into play. Clients are counting on you to be their advocate and trusted advisor, and I’m always honored to have that role.”
Throughout her career, Fuscone has positioned her clients’ interests as paramount. She takes pride in acting with unwavering integrity.
She credits Halstead with supporting its agents, providing technology training, networking opportunities, and wide-ranging marketing outreach.
Fuscone has been a board member for nonprofit organizations in Greenwich, New York City and Palm Beach, Fla. She volunteers for educational, family, child and medical cure-driven causes.
In 2005, she was the recipient of the prestigious YWCA Spirit of
Greenwich Award.
Fuscone earned an undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree from the Yale Divinity School. Business: Halstead Connecticut Lives: Greenwich
