Realtor aims to be a definitive resource for clients
Jenny Allen is passionate about Greenwich, her hometown, and its neighboring shoreline communities.
That passion fuels her career in residential real estate. As a fulltime Realtor, she is dedicated to providing “an outstanding, personalized experience” for her clients. They know her to be diligent, driven and adept at guiding them through every step of the buying or selling process.
Allen recently joined Compass Connecticut’s Greenwich office. She said that she appreciates the brokerage’s investments in cutting-edge technology, marketing, networking and outreach — and that Compass has offices in nearby New York and all across the United States.
A lifelong Greenwich resident, Allen has a deep knowledge of local communities, neighborhoods, market trends and indicators, and inventory.
After graduating from Elon University, Allen developed her negotiation, multitasking and budget-management talent as an account executive tasked with buying TV commercial space for Young & Rubicam in New York
City, and then as a conference event planner for Stamford-based Gartner.
Allen grew up in Greenwich’s idyllic backcountry and graduated from Greenwich’s renowned public schools. She married a fellow Greenwich native, Jake, and the two settled and started their family here.
Allen is an active community member, who serves on the Board of the Greenwich Old Timer’s Association and devotes time to a number of local organizations, including the PTA and her church. For three years, she was the president of the Innis Arden Golf Club 9 Holers and is a fourtime club champion.
Allen maintains professional memberships, as well, including with local, State and national Realtor associations. She prides herself on being “the definitive resource on everything Greenwich,” offering first-hand insight into education, cultural events, local businesses, and the nuanced distinctions between neighborhoods. She particularly relishes introducing newcomers to her beloved hometown.
