An updated kitchen, built-in bar and nearVillage location will compel buyers
Newly listed in Old Greenwich, 33 Ballwood Road is a five-bedroom shore colonial that’s positioned on a quiet 0.31-acre lot that’s south of Old Greenwich’s village. The house was built in 2002 by Richard Harris, principal at Harris Associates, based in Old Greenwich.
