According to real estate website Redfin, the median sale price in Greenwich dropped by 4.4 percent in February 2022 compared to the same time last year, with the average sale price totaling $1,887,500. February 2022 also brought fewer homes to the Greenwich real estate market than in 2021, with an average of only 57 homes on the market this year compared to last year's 84.
