After retiring, he devoted his time with passion to working with Meals on Wheels, delivering food to those who were homebound. Everyone loved him as he always greeted them with a beautiful smile on his face and always did more than was expected. Besides Robert’s relationship with his church, his true passion was his family, immediate and extended.

He attended every sporting event that his son(s), grandchildren, nieces, nephews or cousins were participating in. He never missed a cheerleading event, school play or one single family holiday dinner. In his leisure time he loved spending time relaxing or taking a walk on the beach with his wife and family in Boca Raton, FL.

Robert was very passionate and had a very deep love for all the rescue dogs and cats that his wife brought into their home, always welcoming them with an open heart and lots of love and tender care.

Robert also prided himself and found great joy in his annual organic vegetable garden, where he grew almost every vegetable imaginable and spending countless hours making sure his garden was perfect.
