GAMES TO WATCH

West Haven/SHA at East Catholic co-op (Newington Ice Arena), Friday, 8:30: Two perennial playoff teams in an SCC-CCC clash. The Storm is 3-0 versus the SCC this season.

Darien at Greenwich (Hamill Rink), Saturday, 5:30: Darien is 11-0, but escaped with a pair of one-goal wins against East Catholic in OT, and SWS last week. The Wave returns to action at Hamill Rink, where Greenwich has won three straight on its home ice.

Wilton/Norwalk/McMahon at Ridgefield/Danbury/Immaculate (Winter Garden), Saturday, 8: The Wilton co-op is picking up steam with a win over Greenwich and a tie against SWS in its last two. One of the Warriors’ early season losses was to rival Ridgefield, so they’ll have a shot at revenge here.

Stamford/Westhill/Staples at New Canaan (Darien Ice House), Saturday, 8:40: New Canaan has just two losses in the past two seasons and one was a 3-2 defeat against the SWS co-op on Jan. 4. The Rams have won five straight since.

Greenwich at West Haven/SHA (Bennett Rink), Tuesday, 5:30: Greenwich is just outside the 12-team CHSGHA playoff bubble, and West Haven/SHA is 10th, so this could be a key matchup when it comes to the final postseason picture.
