Local Realtor takes pride in being a problem solver for her clients
As a full-time Realtor with Houlihan Lawrence in Greenwich, Jill Miller works with buyers and sellers across Greenwich and in neighboring Fairfield County towns, including Darien, New Canaan, Rowayton, Westport and Stamford.
Miller sees her clients as partners in their endeavors to find or sell a home. She knows they rely on her to be proactive, communicative and an effective problem-solver. They also appreciate her professional background in interior design, which is particularly helpful when her buying clients are considering a property’s possibilities. “I help my clients see the potential in any space, especially vacant homes that haven’t been staged,” Miller explained. Prior to becoming a dedicated Realtor, Miller managed Greenwich Architects for 15 years, a position that honed her business acumen and design talents. Miller excelled professionally throughout the tumultuous recent years, when the pandemic completely changed the market dynamics. 2020 was her highest-producing year yet, as she helped newcomers to Greenwich negotiate home purchases and rentals.
“In the Greenwich real estate market, the value of the home you buy will hold its value over time. Buying in Greenwich is a solid investment,” she suggested.
Having lived in Greenwich for more than 24 years, Miller appreciates the town’s many institutions, amenities and special events, like the Greenwich Town Party, the Greenwich Film Festival, the annual Concours d’ Elegance, and the Greenwich Polo Club. “It was probably six years ago when I went to my first polo match, and now, it’s one of my favorite things to do on a beautiful sunny day. It’s a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon with the family,” she said.
Over the years, Miller has volunteered for a number of organizations, including hospice care at Greenwich Hospital, Nathaniel
Witherell, Call-A-Ride and Greenwich International Film Festival.
