Ryan Ciambriello began his professional life as a firefighter. “Being a firefighter instilled in me a passion for helping people,” he explained to Greenwich Time. He credits his father with leading him down another career path—to real estate, another profession dedicated to helping people. “My father was a broker throughout my whole life, so he really inspired me to get into the industry,” Ciambriello recalled. Ciambriello became a licensed Realtor in 2017, and in December of 2022, joined Houlihan Lawrence’s Greenwich brokerage. “I cover all of Fairfield County, with a focus in Greenwich and Stamford,” he said. “In 2022, I sold over 20 properties all throughout the county.” In the two years prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence,

he was the top-performing agent among a team of Realtors at a former brokerage. “When working with both buyers and sellers, it is my goal to provide them with all of the most recent data and analytics, in order for them to make the most informed decision based on the current market climate,” he noted. Ciambriello lives in Greenwich and is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, where he graduated with a degree in media development and advertising.

As a Realtor today, Ciambriello said he has particular expertise working on behalf of buyers representing the Millennial generation. “I feel I have a firm understanding of the wants and needs of this generation. … Millennial homebuyers made up about 40% of homes purchased in the last two years,” he said.
