The three-bedroom threebath condominium at 20 Church St., B41, Greenwich—part of the Town & Country Condominium Association—is now offered to the market for $1.695 million.

“It’s located on the fourth floor, so it has lovely views of the distant Greenwich Harbor,” according to the listing agent, Realtor Cate Keeney with Sotheby’s International Realty in Greenwich.

In 2003, the owners embarked on a complete renovation of the condo. “With timeless and modern finishes—and being meticulously maintained— it feels current and is in move-in condition,” Keeney noted.

Interested buyers will discover custom millwork, high ceilings, teak parquet flooring, recessed lighting, sea-grass wallpaper, and a sound system,” Keeney said.

The one-level condo has 2,060 square feet of interior living space.

“What makes it exceptional is the size,” Keeney said. “If feels like you’re living in a 2,000-squarefoot single-family home on one level, but you have all the benefits of a carefree condominium lifestyle. You have all the rooms and spaces you have in a single-family home, including large formal rooms and a foyer, plus a family room or den, as well as three-bedrooms and an office space.

“The primary bedroom in particular is special in that it’s separate from the other two bedrooms, offering complete privacy. It has a dressing room, with abundant closet space, and a luxury bath. In fact, throughout the unit, the closet space is unparalleled in condo living,” the listing agent remarked.

The floor plan begins just inside the front door, which leads to the 17-by-11-foot foyer. It’s open to the living room and dining room, and a doorway leads into the kitchen.

The kitchen is designed with European-style cabinets from Poggenpohl, granite counters and teak parquet flooring. The owners chose high-end appliances from Sub-Zero, Miele and Gaggenau.

In addition to the living and dining room, this unit also has a 12-by-16foot family room, with a fireplace and windows that look out to the balcony, which can accommodate a small table, chairs and potted plants, Keeney said. There’s also an 8-by-4-foot bonus room in the floor plan—perhaps a home office.

Among the three bedrooms is a primary suite and two additional bedrooms, both with ensuite baths. The primary suite’s bathroom is adorned with marble and affords both a shower and separate soaking tub.

Each Town & Country resident is entitled to one spot in a secure and heated parking garage, for $80/ month. The condo association also affords a 24/7

concierge doorman, an in-house superintendent, a laundry on every floor, designated storage space in the basement, and a bike storage room.

Asked about the “vibe” of the association, Keeney said, “I think the general vibe is one of prideful ownership, both in terms of owners believing they live in the best and highly desired condo complex in town, with fellow owners who are investing in their units and who make wise choices regarding building improvements. It’s also a true community. The owners are friendly and outgoing and gather occasionally for social activities. The 24/7 doorman greets everyone by name, including the small dogs that are allowed.”
