Gianni Mirabello, Catholic: Scored 28 points in the Lions’ 99-77 win over Windsor. Cameron Lumia, Tolland: Scored a career-high 35 points in Tolland’s 7161 victory over Avon.

Chase Geremia, Hand: Posted a triple-double (22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists) in the Tigers’ 94-92 victory over Wilbur Cross in double overtime. Christian McClease, Wilbur Cross:

Posted a triple-double (37 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists) in the Governors’ 94-92 loss to Hand in double overtime. McClease scored 39 points in the Governors’ 87-53 win over Amity. Makhai Anderson and Anthony Nimani, Platt: Anderson scored a career-high 39 points to help the Panthers beat Plainville 84-64. Nimani added 28 points.

Brandon Powell, Canton: Came through with a triple-double (19 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists), along with six steals, in Canton’s 7056 win at East Hampton.

Jaysean Williams, Bloomfield:

Scored 28 points in just three quarters as the Warhawks defeated Tolland 90-54. Scored 28 more in an 8775 win over New Britain.

Justin Cabrera, Career: Made the game winner with 1.9 seconds left on his Senior Night to give Career the 47-45 win over Lyman Hall.

Tyler Newsom, Masuk: Scored 30 points, including 12 of 12 from the freethrow line. in the Panthers’ 78-76 loss to St. Joseph.

Jhani Barge, Ansonia: Scored 28 points in the Chargers’ 57-53 victory over Oxford.

Mekhi McNeil, O’Brien Tech: Scored 39 points to help the Condors defeat Vinal Tech 67-57 and scored 38 more in the Condors’ 71-69 overtime win against Wolcott Tech.

Jamie Leggett, St. Paul: Scored 35 points in St. Paul’s 90-58 loss to WCA. Jack Markarian, Cheshire: Finished with 26 points in a 62-51 win over Shelton.

Jaylen Brown, Norwalk: Had 27 points and nine assists in the Bears’ 69-58 loss to Staples.

Caden Drezek, Seymour: His 30 points and 20 rebounds helped the Wildcats defeat Derby 92-49. Anthony Parker, Xavier: Scored 30 points and added seven assists in the Falcons’ 87-40 win over Branford. Also scored 34 points, including the

1,000th of his career, in a 75-57 win over West Haven.

Yianni Baribeau, Killingly, and Alex Delperry, Stonington: Dominant performanc­e for Baribeau (38 points, 20 rebounds six blocks) in Killingly’s 8062 win over Montville. Baribeau had 29 points and 21 rebounds to help Killingly defeat Stonington 81-72. Delperry scored 30 points in the loss.

Devin Devita, Northweste­rn: Scored 27 points in Northweste­rn’s 80-57 victory over Nonnewaug.

Trey Lindsey, Windham Tech: Scored 29 points in a 81-65 loss to Windsor Locks.

Sean Racette, Trumbull: Scored 32 points in the Eagles’ 75-72 loss to Stamford that went three overtimes.

• Anthony Nimani became Platt’s all-time leading scorer, passing Jamel Riddle. Nimani scored 30 points and now has 1,455 career points.

• Immaculate’s Michael Iannetta surpassed 1,000 career points in the Mustangs’ 43-36 win over Bunnell.

• Glastonbur­y coach Jim Vaughan notched his 300th career victory in the Guardians’ 55-42 victory over E.O. Smith.

• Suffield’s Michael Coggins surpassed 1,000 career points in a 53-51 win over Tolland.

• Hake Ray’s Mamush Ciccarello surpassed 1,000 career points in a 53-39 win over Grasso Tech.

GAMES TO WATCH SCC tournament opening round, at higher seed, Thursday:

Notre Dame-West Haven went undefeated during the regular season for the second straight season. Now the Green Knights will try to defend their title. Wilbur Cross, Law, Xavier and Fairfield Prep, last year’s finalist, look to try and derail that repeat.

CCC tournament opening round, at higher seed, Thursday:

There will be a new champion as Bristol Central did not qualify. Northwest Catholic, a finalist, will be the No. 2 seed. Count Windsor and Bloomfield in as contenders. Everyone is chasing East Catholic, the state’s No. 1 team.

SWC tournament quarterfin­als at higher seed, Friday:

Notre DameFairfi­eld is the top seed and going for the three-peat. Kolbe Cathedral has advanced to the final each of the last three seasons and is the No. 2 seed. These two teams are on a collision course to meet again in the final.

FCIAC tournament quarterfin­als at Fairfield Warde, Saturday:

The drive for five is alive for Ridgefield. The Tigers are in line for the top seed here. Danbury, Warde, Wilton and Staples are trying to out an end to the Tigers’ run.
