Local Realtor draws on professional property management experience

-

A Realtor with Houlihan Lawrence’s Riverside brokerage, Ryan Corrow brings years of experience in commercial and residential property management to his work as a real estate salesperson. His previous roles in private estate management, specifically, have given him special insight into what it takes to properly maintain a home and grounds.

He’s held previous sales positions, as well, in both the flooring and construction industries, so he understands the importance of marketing, messaging and strategic negotiations. Corrow is OSHA-Certified and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Western Connecticut State University.

In his role as a Realtor, he works with buyers and sellers across Greenwich, including Cos Cob, Riverside and Old Greenwich.

But his professional reach extends to Darien, Stamford, Norwalk and Ridgefield, as well. Corrow appreciates that buying or selling a home is a sometimes-complicated undertaking, and that it can be an “emotional endeavor.” However, he aims to minimize the friction for his clients along the way, providing them with expert counsel. Corrow grew up in Fairfield County, and today, he and his family live in

Old Greenwich. He’s a musician who can often be found playing live music at locals’ favorite spots around town.

“I’ve been playing guitar since I was a teenager and have played in a number of bands over the years,” he told Greenwich Time. “Currently, I play as part of an acoustic duo — blues, soul, rock. Playing guitar has allowed me to express my creativity while being able to entertain others. It’s a win-win!”

Corrow also owns and operates a boutique private-estate management company.
