Houlihan Lawrence’s Julie Lowe puts her background in finance and analytics to work for clients
Julie Lowe is perfectly poised to help her real estate clients buy or sell a home in Greenwich, to manage all the logistics of the transaction, and to support them in their subsequent move. Lowe grew up in Santa Barbara, California, and spent some of her life living abroad, in both London and Spain. She studied at the University of Colorado and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Later, she went on to earn an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and worked for the New York Stock Exchange in both New York City and London. In 2007, she chose a new career path and became a Realtor. She’s affiliated with Houlihan Lawrence’s Greenwich brokerage. She works as both a listing agent and a buyer’s representative. She particularly relishes working with international relocation clients and firsttime homebuyers.
As an experienced Greenwich Realtor, she takes pride in helping her clients see the potential in a home, and how it might expressly suit their lifestyle and dayto-day needs.
Lowe’s clients know her to be proactive, responsive and thorough. She vows to guide them through every step of the real estate transaction. She is also able to deploy her analytical skills to help her selling clients smartly price their homes based on the market conditions.
Lowe maintains memberships in the Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is both a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Greater Fairfield County SmartMLS.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, and playing golf and tennis. She appreciates all Greenwich has to offer, especially Greenwich Point Park and beach.
