Corcoran Centric Realty’s Caroline Jean Shen introduced 25 Lockwood Drive, Old Greenwich, to the market this week. The asking price is $2.795 million. This five-bedroom shingle-style colonial—with an attached two-car garage—was built in 1916. Showings began yesterday, on March 21.
