Dripping Springs: Americana at its best
A welcome note from our Mayor
On behalf of the citizens of Dripping Springs, I would like to welcome you to the Gateway to the Hill Country.
With our wonderful hill country way of life and highly rated school district, Dripping Springs is a top choice for families with children. Our community puts great importance on our quality of life, senior citizens and youth.
I encourage you to visit our Senior Citizens Center to meet some of our “living treasures” and to visit one of our outstanding parks used by the Dripping Springs Youth Sports Association, families and visitors.
For those of you looking to establish your business in Dripping Springs you will find that the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce is a powerful voice dedicated to representing local business interests. A visit to the Chamber of Commerce’s Visitors Center will get you all the information you need on area businesses and attractions, including the Dr. Pound Pioneer Farmstead Historical Museum (and yes, there REALLY are “dripping springs” in town!).
Our community is proud to offer many area churches and service organizations, and a wide variety of businesses, as well as over 95 acres of city parks, which include amenities like Founders Pool, playing fields and hike and bike trails.
Whether you are passing through or making a move to our city you will find that Dripping Springs has that genuine home-town feel and something to offer everyone.
Welcome to Drippin!
Mayor Todd Purcell
